Berkeley Homes is one of the UK's leading residential developers, known for large-scale urban regeneration across London. I worked with their communications team on print and digital materials for two of their major SE London schemes - helping each development tell its story clearly and compellingly as it evolved.
Royal Arsenal
Royal Arsenal is Berkeley Homes' landmark regeneration of the historic Woolwich site - transforming a former munitions complex into a thriving new neighbourhood on the banks of the Thames. I worked on the development update brochures for the scheme, balancing the site's rich industrial heritage with the contemporary residential offer taking shape above it.
Lombard Square
Lombard Square is Berkeley Homes' landmark regeneration of a 17-acre brownfield site in Plumstead, SE London - one of the UK's largest zero-carbon residential developments. I worked with Berkeley Homes on updating the brochures for the scheme, helping to shape how this new neighbourhood presents itself to the world as it grows into a genuine community.
